About Us
Zinvara Medicentre is the flagship program of the African Initiative for Health and Research Promotion (AIHRP), created to address the three major conditions vulnerable populations face:
1. Awarenesspenia – the lack of awareness about disease prevention and healthy living. Â
2. Pharmacomania – compulsive use of medicines without prescription due to limited access to affordable healthcare.
 3. Counselopenic Disorder – the absence of psychosocial support for trauma survivors.Â
We do not see these as abstract terms but as barriers that have touched the lives of thousands around us. By naming them, we shine a light on the struggles and declare our commitment to heal them, restore health, and dignity to victims of conflict and low-income individuals.
